Mechanizoid

- Volume 1: An AI Infused Pictorial Art Experiment By Ted Ryback

About Mechanizoid

The first in a series of fantasy art/graphic novels musician and multi-media surrealist artist, Ted Ryback, presents an AI art and music experiment. Through a series of specific keywords he creates a world that reveals a bizarre and dystopian, but not so distant future. "Mechanizoid" was first a musical project. But after an audio-visual experience, the decision to display AI's interpretations of his lush Electronic Rock soundscapes, began to take shape. This is terrain not yet explored. How artists and musicians can develop exciting and engaging new worlds. These are images, visceral and raw, but artistically we see between man and machine, how ideas are communicated and by altering keywords, are able to shape and refine the descriptions into just about anything one could envision. Sadistically beautiful, and always mesmerizing, this is an ever- evolving, surreal landscape. A generous pictorial displayed on single page, high gloss paper. Fans of H.R. Giger, Frank Frazetta and Bosch finally have a reason for collecting again.
