Men of Magna Carta

Three main characters made the Magna Carta possible--the evil King John, the brilliant Archbishop Stephen Langton and the supreme warrior William Marshal. Besides these, others were involved in the story: Eleanor of Aquetaine, Richard the Lionhearted and others. This work includes information about the political, religious and economic life of England in the 13th century, recounts deeds of bravery and gives just a hint of still-buried treasure.
