Methods for study of reciprocally enwrapping surfaces

About Methods for study of reciprocally enwrapping surfaces

The generating of surfaces by enwrapping has been a continuing concern of researchers and technologists due to the advantages of this mode of generating. Analyzing these methods for the study of reciprocally enwrapping surfaces, it was noted that they have a high degree of mathematical rigor and can sometimes prove difficult to apply. In order to avoid these shortcomings, a new and innovative method is presented called the ¿virtual pole¿ method, which allows analytical profiling of tools that generate by enwrapping by the rolling method, avoiding the need to write the equations of relative movements between the tool and the part. The results of this work were supported by the Doctoral School of ¿Dun¿rea de Jos¿ University of Galäi (SCDS-UDJG) and by the project ANTREPRENORDOC, in the framework of Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2014-2020, financed from the European Social Fund under the contract number 36355/23.05.2019 HRD OP /380/6/13 - SMIS Code: 123847.Also the funding of this book will be supported by the applied research contract with economic agents from Romania, no. 809/29.09.2023.
