This journey started out as a commitment to losing weight my way. I wasn't going to follow fads that only served to put more pounds on in the end, I wasn't going to be hungry and I wasn't going to spend one minute doing dreadful exercises. It would be a process of self-discovery. One to enjoy and to use as a tool to feel good about myself. In the process, I learned how to be mindful and the miraculous ways my body responded to mindful weight loss. My process is unique and simple and it works.
