Minskin Cat Care

The first Minskin cats were born in 1998, the result of a cross between a Sphynx and a Devon Rex. The resulting cat has prominent ears, a pleasant demeanor, and a hairless or short coat in addition to its distinctive short legs.
Minskins are a medium-sized cat breed that can weigh anywhere from 4 to 8 pounds. Their short legs and broad, wide eyes give them a unique appearance. They can be found in a wide range of solid, tabby, and pointed colors and patterns.
The warmth and friendliness of the Minskin people is one of their most distinguishing traits. They have a well-deserved reputation for being sociable, talkative, and people-pleasers. As a result of their smarts and energy, they make wonderful pets for households with young children.
Minskins, who are either completely hairless or have a very short hair covering, have unique needs, such as frequent washing and shade from the sun. However, they live between 12 and 14 years and tend to be rather healthy throughout.
