About Mooneyes: Rising of the Two Moons

"My name is Cross, and my wife is Della. She is currently flying high above us," the creature offered before giving off a loud whistle. Della landed beside her mate, Deaddawg, and Mooneyes entranced by her beauty. She had silver fur, but the silver contained a natural blue hue. Her wings looked more blue than silver, and the undersides matched those of Cross's. Her eyes were light blue, and the outer rims were trimmed in a deeper blue. "Why have you come to us?" Mooneyes asked. "Our son hangs on the outer wall, compliments of Kael. He started his own market two weeks ago, selling pelts of creatures we kill. He wanted to have a normal life, remain an elf. He did not want to be imprisoned in the same form as us. You see, we are unable to ever change back into elf form. This is the form we will have for the rest of our lives. He did not want that." Cross explained, the pain of losing his son evident on both of their faces. "It was foretold to my people that a moon wolf would emerge from an unlikely place bearing silver fangs. We have watched you and you bear the silver fangs that was foretold." remarked Cross. "You need to know that if you are in fact the one our prophets have told us about, you will be forced to lose the one thing in this world you love the most." Della explained.Deaddawg stepped back and looked at Mooneyes.......
