Multidimensional Hockey Drills and Training

How should a modern hockey drill and practice look like? How much does the console games affect your players and in what way, something negative or is it an opportunity? Personally, I am not a big fan of console games, even if it can sometimes, surely be perceived that way in the book. For example, I would prefer that my own children were more physically active than they are right now!
