Murihiku

Written by the influential New Zealand historian Robert McNab (1864-1917), this book, originally published in 1905, describes European exploration and settlement of the South Island from the early voyages of Cook and Tasman to the Treaty of Waitangi in 1840. This third, expanded edition appeared in 1909.
