About My Deepest Me
Take a 30-day journey into the truth of your being and discover how to stay plugged in to the Sacred, no matter what.
In the clamor of everyday life, we are constantly distracted from what matters most: living as our sacred self, intimately connected to the Divine. My Deepest Me offers readers a powerful and innovative path for doing so; a 30-day guided journey to forge an enlightened relationship with Self and Source.
Spiritual director, educator and author, Janice Lynne Lundy offers us gentle guidance, exercises and affirmations, along with the opportunity to reflect and write about our understanding of who we really are. Day by day, she invites us to shine the light of awareness of what keeps us from inner peace, love, and joy, and to supplant what we find with fresh insights and nourishing spiritual practices. At the end of the journey, we can rest in the knowledge that we have responded well to this holy call to live as our deepest self, not just for our own well-being, but for the betterment of humanity.
My Deepest Me is an ideal guidebook for seekers of all traditions; an excellent tool for spiritual formation programs and for spiritual directors to use in private sessions and retreat settings.
"In My Deepest Me, Janice Lynne Lundy leads us inward on the most important journey of our lives, the discovery of self and soul. Her sure-footed approach steadies us as we dare to open our hearts to ourselves so we can serve others from the deepest well of our being. In this book, we find a great treasure: a simple program that can change us profoundly."
