Establishment of an International/American Government Committee of Nanotechnology Control; special recruitment is made from the International Witches Conclave; musketeers train with various witch groups; boys develop their own nanotech molecular systems; their unique cyber hacking methods, information from the Committee, and the witch's magic, herbs and trained wild animals are simultaneously brought into action; boys win most battles.
