The report summarizes findings from these primary source documents related to James WebbÔø¿s time as Under Secretary of State and NASA Administrator, as well as: secondary literature; conversations with historians and archivists who had previously studied these topics; and attempts to locate memoranda, reports, correspondence with key participants, notes, meeting minutes, or other documentation related to actions taken by Webb.
