The story then weaves through the horrifyingly intense attempt on his life when he was undercover as a Detective working for the Drug Enforcement Administration and his wildly entertaining law enforcement stories while Gary was trying to beat the odds and overcome being a quadriplegic as he struggled to return to everyday life and ultimately return to his passion, Skydiving.
