Obligations concerning negotiations relating to cessation of the nuclear arms race and to nuclear disarmament

Judgment of 5 October 2016 whereby the International Court of Justice upheld the objection to jurisdiction raised by Pakistan, based on the absence of a dispute between Pakistan and the Marshall Islands, and finds that it cannot proceed to the merits of the case.
