"ODES" to OCTOBER

Are you seeing things? Of course you are! As soon as a word is spoken, or read, you are "having a vision" of its meaning, unique to you, unlike anyone else's interpretation of that same word! Quite magical! Many artists think so too, and join in on a recently popular annual daily drawing challenge, occurring every October on social media, providing a list of 31 "prompt words" to use each day to make a scene, an object or any work using ink and imagination! New England illustrator, Lynn Sevigny uses the magic words to conjure up some of Halloween's colorful characters during the season of the Witch.
