On Being Young

On Being Young: Choices is written to review your young years and what all it may involve. It is written with the intention that the information will help to guide you to a safe shelter. A review of your Spiritual Heart Center, the Minute Method Meditation, is included. The Minute Method Meditation does not rely on anyone's concept of God, religion, or age. All are welcome to become aware of their spirituality.
