""In the summer of 2022 I set myself a challenge to write and perform a poem a day for seven days. I asked friends and acquaintances to suggest topics for me to write about. It was enlightening, invigorating and ultimately, really fulfilling. I carried on the challenge for another seven days and haven't looked back.

In the autumn, Book Leaf Publishing offered the chance to write 21 poems in a 21 day challenge, so I am writing this book! I am so grateful for this journey and all the doors that have opened along the way.
