Author Stephen Turner writes a Fantasy/Horror novel, which - unbeknown to him - will inevitably become an international bestseller, but at what cost? Fern Gilles, about which his novel revolves, was once beautiful, but no longer. Her oval-shaped, hazel eyes were her most attractive features. Disfigured, however, as a result of a life-changing incident, her once cheerful personality changes drastically to a very sinister one.
