Opal Island

Divided by a metaphysical barrier, Opal Island is on the brink of chaos. The founders of Parish One, The Dusabes, are in the middle of a leadership transition and generational inheritance for its youngest member, Contessa Dusabe. She has always been different from her family. When her Evolution Day came and went, Contessa was sure she would never be accepted into the pack as a non-wolf, just like her best friend Chelsea. Everything changes after the eldest shapeshifter predicts the date of her transformation. Contessa prepares to finally be welcomed into the fold but things don't go as planned. Beyond the great barrier, Parish Two has decided to destroy the Dusabe family and take all of Opal Island for themselves.
