After their successful ventures when killing horses in England, the fraudulent vets travel to Kentucky in the USA. Commissioned by Paulo, a wealthy owner and drug baron, they prepare to target the prized stallion, Senor Angelo. The introduction of another two vets in the USA finds these two using horses to smuggle diamonds on behalf of a Chinese connection. Niall's successful work on HIV saves the life of their first trial patient... an unexpected one.
