    I am wanting to make fresh pasta at home by hand, and this book foes over a ton of different pastas and a ton of sauces. I liked the variety that was given. There is a gluten free recipe, egg doughs, egg free, etc. This will definitely appeal to a wide variety of people. I also liked the sauce recipes given. There is the expected tomato based ones, but I enjoyed seeing vream sauced beyond alfredo. I also appreciated the chapter on essential equipment. That will come in handy. Overall, I look forward to making fresh pasta.
