Pearl Upon the Crown

Born Sanford Cohen, the poet renamed himself Ros when he began performing as a stand-up poet and storyteller in the tradition of the ultra-hip Lord Buckley, harking back to the oral roots of epic poetry. He has appeared at dozens of diverse venues from the Museum of Rock Art, in Los Angeles, to the United Nations in New York City.
