Peter Platypus's Pond

A platypus is an Australian native animal that was first thought to be made up by the discoverer. Peter lives in the riverbank of his pond, and meets a crocodile. He soon learns that not all the inhabitants of his home are friendly, and you must use care when you pick your friends. The illustrations are beautiful, and children will love looking at them.
