Phoenix Rising

The most dangerous man in Europe is behind bars. Alexei Serkhov is on his way to a 'Black site' somewhere in Eastern Europe. MI6 can breathe a sigh of relief, the traitor has been caught, and the drugs are gone from the streets, or so they think!
But the Phoenix is a mythical bird that dies in a ball of fire and is reborn.
The ball of fire is accompanied by a hail of bullets leaving agents dead, and Scorpion One back at the start with a terrorist on the loose and hunting them.
Joey and Sandy had been sent to oversee the transfer. But the tables are turned as the hunter becomes the hunted. And they try to figure out what his next move will be. Then the bombs start to go off, and the hunt becomes a race against time.
