As reported by the Ministry of Health, Equality and Social Affairs (2021), on December 31, 2019, the Wuhan Municipal Health and Sanitation Commission (Hubei Province, China) reported 27 incidences with cases of pneumonia of unknown origin, with a common manifestation in users of a wholesale seafood, fish and live animal market in that city, including 7 severe cases.Therefore, the aim of this work is; to determine the effects of a moderate aerobic exercise program combined with respiratory therapy on physical fitness, health-related quality of life, executive functions and pulmonary function in a survivor of SARS-CoV-2 induced bilateral atypical pneumonia after hospital discharge.The 8-week intervention program consisted of the application of different respiratory exercises plus others aimed at improving cardiorespiratory endurance and muscular strength.The results show an improvement in the physical condition, executive functions, and pulmonary function of our participant.
