Player Valuation Numeric

The Player Valuation Numeric (PVN) formula computes the individual worth a player brings to the competition. The PVN is an anomaly as far as sports equations are concerned. It is simple in theory, completely objective, and extremely accurate. Most importantly, the Player Valuation Numeric works. Thanks to the Player Valuation Numeric, calculating player value is so simple a 5th grader can do it. In fact, the equation consists of only addition and subtraction. In addition, all related awards (MVP, All-star, etc) can be more precisely determined with the Player Valuation Numeric. For the record, every variable used in the calculation process is literally earned, or it is not used. Also, every player's PVN score contains unique performance variables that are used to calculate each player's result to a tenth of a point.
