The Polk Street Review has received international status with submissions and followers from all over the world. Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts Press is a division of Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts, Inc. (CEArts), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization. The organization, consisting of a handful of dedicated volunteers, is Noblesville-based with a global reach. CEArts is the home of online Arts Showcase exhibit opportunities, @theroundtable podcast and short videos series, and two annual projects, Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE) and The Polk Street Review (TPSR) publication (est. 2011; published by CEArts since 2017). Our projects support community participation and involvement by seeking participation and submissions from all kinds of creatives with all levels of experience from amateur to professional.
