Polychronicon Ranulphi Higden Monachi Cestrensis

This massive chronicle, written by the monk Ranulf Higden in the 14th century, covers the history of the world from its creation to the reign of King Edward III of England. It was an enormously popular work in the Middle Ages, and was translated into English by John Trevisa and others. This edition includes the original Latin text as well as the English translations, making it an invaluable resource for scholars of medieval history and literature.
