Married to his loving wife Ruby Ragland for 39 years and a lifelong resident of Brooklyn, New York. In 1985, Apostle Ragland was ordained to Christian ministry at Faith Fellowship Ministries, in Edison, New Jersey by Pastor David Demola. In 2001 He was consecrated to the office of an Apostle by Apostle Callie M. Jasper, the late Presiding Prelate of the Holy City Covenant Churches International of Brooklyn, New York. Apostle Ragland is currently the Senior Pastor of Victorious Triumphant Word International Church located in Brooklyn, New York an apostolic/prophetic ministry.
