Promoting Cultural Diversity

Increasingly, health care professionals work in settings composed of ethnically, socially and economically disparate populations. This title analyzes the issues that surround cultural, ideological and experiential diversity, and focus on communication skills and intervention strategies that are effective in situations characterized by diversity.
