Putting Higher Education to Work

East Asian countries need to make the leap from middle-income to high-income countries, and higher education will be key. This report explores higher education in East Asia and the changes needed to make this happen. It focuses on how to make higher education: more responsive to the needs of the labour market; contribute to improving the innovation agenda; and more inclusive.
