In the sequel to Chameleons, a pregnant Zia is determined to excommunicate her best friend, Jazmine, from her life. After the fallout from Baxter's death, Zia has secluded herself to avoid public harassment. However, a stranger is able to wiggle through the cyber blockade, and send her a series of eerie emails that elude to Baxter's ominous plan.
