Reforming the U.S. Supreme Court

This publication explains problems, which the U.S. Supreme Court presents to stability and democracy in the United States. It then and gives examples of Court-caused problems and recommends a solution, which removes appointment of all federal justices and judges from presidential and congressional politics and gives States juridical power at the federal level.
