Ce magazine alsacien publiait des articles sur l'histoire, la culture et la politique de l'Alsace, ainsi que des nouvelles littéraires et artistiques. Fondée en 1844, la revue a été l'une des plus importantes de la région, jusqu'à sa disparition en 1939 à cause de l'annexion allemande.
