Roman Portraits and Memphis IV, Tarkhan I and Memphis V, Tarkhan II

Reissued here together are three excavation reports, first published in 1911, 1913 and 1914, relating to important Egyptian archaeological digs. Faiyum mummy portraits, the mastabas at Tarkhan, and excavations at Memphis are all described. Each report features a section of illustrations, providing photographs and drawings of the various sites and finds.
