About Savannah Lee
The parables of Jesus
This makes up a crucial part of the Bible. Jesus had the wisdom to simplify the profound spiritual truths he needed to share with humanity in the form of relatable stories that are easy to understand. A parable is a tale or story about a simple, common subject to illustrate a more profound, valuable moral lesson. The source definition of the word "parable" means a placement side by side for the purpose of comparison.
This is a new Savannah Lee series for cildren, derived directly from the Bible.
The colorful, imaginary, friends of a young girl, who lives on the Autism Spectrum are not omnipresent in this series. The Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a term for a group of complex disorders of development. These disorders are characterized, in varying degrees, by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors.
Combined with the talents of her Grandfathers graphics art and imagination, Savannah Lee's characters come alive to the delight of young and old. Come follow other books in the Savannah Lee series with "The Hoot Tree", deep in the Jungle with "Tiger and the Butterfly", "The Shhh Letters" and an interesting, historical, and informative tour of New York City with "Athaliah Tours NYC", soon to be available.
