Sentinel Security

The Council of Light spent centuries battling against the Overlords and their demonic minions. Their sole task was to protect humanity from the destruction and chaos the Overlords sought. The Council always had the power to push back the demons but never truly defeat them. Theirs was a never-ending battle of good versus evil. Or so it seemed. With the loss of so many after the most recent battle, each of the Council's members seemed to be drowning in their grief.
Demons aren't capable of love or compassion, so their own losses mean nothing to them. The Overlords won't wait for the Council to heal. Darian and his team are the first to encounter the Overlords' newest plan, one where the demons intend to remove the threat of another Watcher and Sentinel bond - permanently. NOTE: This novella contains references to character deaths, sexual violence, torture, and suicidal thought. These themes are integral to the story and the Council's fight against the Overlords, but these events are not described in detail.
