Shirley's Santa

SHIRLEY'S SANTA is an entertaining account of the way Christmas used to be for one small-town Michigan family, sure to evoke many readers' memories of their own childhood and America's favorite holiday. While Shirley deals with the loss of her husband as well as deteriorating eyesight, her children complicate her life by insisting on making decisions she feels perfectly capable of making for herself.
