I am not really a vegetarian, but I recently started looking for healthier things to eat. This unfortunately included cutting down on meats as well. This book is great because the recipes are really delicious and some of them even include imitation bacon which is great for people who are working on becoming vegetarians. All of the recipes include not only vegetarian things, but also healthier alternatives as well such as substitutes for sugar, butter, and sour cream. I would definitely recommend the stuffed potatoes for dinner and the hot cheddar corn bites make a great appetizer or party snack. Vegetarian or not, anyone looking to eat healthy can enjoy this book.
