Sins of the Enemy

LEAHI ran away and left Jake alone. I thought I was doing the right thing-protecting him-but I was running from my own guilt and fear. I'm back now, and things between Jake and I are heating up fast, but before things can really catch fire, a case lands in our lap.
A new drug has begun to seep insidiously through our town, destroying lives everywhere. To amplify an already tense situation, Jake receives devastating news that shakes things up, only made more complicated when his gorgeous ex comes back to town. JAKELeah is back, and I'm not letting her go again. Things between us have changed, and I'm not allowing us to slide back on our progress. Just as we're about to take a major leap forward, we catch a case that is crippling the youth in our town. When my ex shows up, I can see Leah's tension, but just when I think I have a handle on things, I get news that rips the rug out from under me, leaving me leaning on Leah more than ever.
I want to focus on our future, but the demons of our past are complicating our present.
