    This book turned out to be way better than I could have ever imagined. I never thought smoothies could taste so real and good! Not to mention that they are satisfying! I have always avoided smoothies because I would hungry within an hour! The recipes in this balance ingredients in such a way that you are satisfied and full of energy! Don’t miss this opportunity to know what a REAL smoothie should taste like! Every recipe I've tried so far has been great. Overall, an incredible book for effectively getting Americans to eat more fiber. Which if we’re being honest, is the likely cause of many of our health problems. Great, easy, and very nutritious recipes. Also, the more I drink these recipes, the more I crave healthier foods throughout the day and the following day.
