I'm an absolute smoothie fan. But somehow without recipes it's always more like using leftovers from us and vegetables that aren't 100 percent fresh anymore. That's why I was mainly looking for a smoothie recipe book. I am very happy that I chose this one. Because not all smoothies are as healthy as you think and are also suitable for a diet. Due to the high amount of fructose, it can even be counterproductive. In this book you will find the really healthy drinks. So from me absolute recommendation!
