Social Anthropology in Polynesia

This study forms one unit of a research project initiated by the South Pacific Commission as part of its Social Development research program. The project was devised to provide a comprehensive survey of the work done to date in social anthropology as it relates to conditions and problems among the peoples of the South Pacific Territories.
