New England has a rich history, including things that occur in darkness that cannot be explained in the light of day. It's also had its share of dementia and the ravages of age, along with the devastating impact on families. What it hasn't had is a tribal elder, a Baba Yaga, succumb to the toll her centuries on Earth have come to collect.
