Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones is the story of an Ojibway school girl whose family members walk around Lake Michigan to raise awareness about the harm being done to the Great Lakes. On the trek she tries to find ways to help but is confronted by people who bully them. From this incident, will she be inspired to write and express to others what she has learned?
