Mary grew up in Detroit Michigan, had a nursing career and later created a large body of artistic work—quilting, oil painting, drawing, and diligently teaching children’s Liturgy of the Word. In mid-life she
earned a degree in Fine Arts at Wayne State University. She enjoys her retirement restoring and decorating wooden chairs and creating her own Christmas cards as well as greeting cards and small books. Mary is currently busy with The Art Association, book club, writers group, elder care, grandchildren, gardening and knitting. Mary is a widow, and was married 48 years.
