Synopsis

A great deal has been said about meditation, about our collective conditioning and about philosophy, the love for truth. However, very little, if anything, has been seen to be done - not as in practiced but actually done! This book is just that. At the very least, it is a generally honest attempt to do so - and at best it might be a rare proof that it is in fact possible.
