Chapter 20 - 27 mainly covers genetic manipulation, rDNA construction, various genetic transformation methods, tools involved in development of transgenic crops, genetically modified crops for different characters, its regulation and biosafety. Chapter 28-34 explains about different types of molecular markers and marker assisted selection, QTL analysis, DNA finger printing, genomics, bioinformatics and its application in biotechnology. Chapter 35 and 36 covers about basics of nanotechnology, nanomaterials and its application, nano biotechnology and its application in agriculture. After completion of all these chapters important terminologies which is used in the agricultural biotechnology and repeatedly asking questions in the university exams are also included at the end of this book. This book will provide great assistance to the students for their understanding about the fundamentals, concepts of agricultural biotechnology and their examinations.
