Samuel Watkins has a dream: he wants to be a World Champion in the sport of barefoot water skiing. His mentor is Kevin Langston, the 2X World Barefoot Champion. As Samuel learns how to excel in the sport, Kevin teaches Samuel the Champion Rules. One by one, the rules contain lessons which help Samuel on the rocky road to achieving his dreams.
