The Civil Code of the Russian Federation

This title was first published in 1997: Fundamental changes in the political and economic systems in independent Russia have necessitated the enactment of a new civil code - the law pertaining to private legal relations, such as economic or property relations. This volume makes available this new code, now approved by Parliament.
