A Sequel to the novel "The War about Forever." Set in the year 2053, the world has fallen back into the Dark Ages due to bad political policies. Only a small portion of the Unites States remain free. Wilbur Matthews and his father secretly construct a craft that can act as a plane, a boat, a submarine, and an automobile. Wilbur and his twin sister, Wilma, were separated when they were infants. Wilbur steals the craft (Airphib) and finds his sister. They along with their friends help reunite the USA
